German retail consumer satisfaction awards

Overview

The PLUS X AWARD has identified recipients for the ‘Germany’s Best Retailer 2022’ seal. Based on a nationwide consumer survey of 8,058 participants, 48 retailers were recognized for achieving high levels of general customer satisfaction.

Donat Brandt, President of the PLUS X AWARD, stated that the distinction honors the “creativity and innovation of stationary retail” in its role as a mediator between brands and customers, particularly following the challenges of the pandemic.
