PM-KISAN: 24th installment scheduled for October 30
The 24th installment of the Pradhan Mantri Kisan Samman Nidhi (PM-KISAN) scheme is scheduled to be released on October 30, 2026. Under this government initiative, eligible farmer families receive an annual financial assistance of 6,000 rupees, distributed in three equal installments of 2,000 rupees each.
The funds will be transferred directly into the bank accounts of more than 90 million farmers via Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT). To ensure the successful receipt of the installment, beneficiaries must complete several mandatory requirements, including e-KYC verification, ensuring Aadhaar-linked bank accounts, and verifying land records.
Farmers can check their eligibility and payment status through the official PM-KISAN portal by using the ‘Know Your Status’ feature. Failure to complete e-KYC or maintain updated land and bank details may result in the withholding of the funds.
