In Bosnia and Herzegovina, parts of Banja Luka will face power cuts during specific morning and afternoon windows. Similarly, in Bulgaria, planned maintenance is affecting areas in Sofia, Varna, and Devnya, with some regions also facing water supply interruptions.

Other localized outages are reported in Croatia, including areas in Split, Dalmatia, and various towns in the Međimurje region. In Slovakia, residents in Trnava are also scheduled for temporary power disruptions due to distribution system works.
