Pokémon franchise announces Halloween 2026 events for GO and Sleep
The Pokémon franchise is launching various seasonal events for October and November 2026 across its mobile titles.
In Pokémon GO, the Halloween 2026 season begins on October 27. The first phase features special encounters with Pikachu wearing a hat and cape, Zubat in a top hat, and Sinistea with a bow. Players can participate in a themed GO Pass to earn rewards such as doubled Candy and Stardust. Additionally, a special research task offers six Rare Candies and a chance to encounter a Shiny Pikachu. The event also includes the debut of Mega Chandelure during a Super Mega Raid Day on October 31.
Pokémon Sleep will host a Sleep Day event from October 25 to October 28, offering increased Zzz Power and sleep points, with a peak on the full moon night. Following this, a dedicated Halloween event runs from October 26 to November 2, focusing on Ghost-type Pokémon on Gretapuse Island. This period introduces new Pokémon Feuforêve and Magirêve, alongside boosted candy drops that triple on Halloween day.
