Poland announces various EU-funded grants and advisory programs
Several new funding and advisory initiatives have been announced in Poland targeting diverse sectors including business, education, and social development.
The Polish Agency for Enterprise Development (PARP) has launched Horizon Bridge, a pilot advisory program for micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises developing technologies. Running from October 15 to December 15, 2026, the program offers specialized support worth up to 66,000 PLN to help companies prepare applications for the Horizon Europe fund. The total budget for Horizon Bridge is 5 million PLN.
In the educational sector, the 4EU+ Alliance is accepting applications for ‘Blended Intensive Programmes’ until November 30. This initiative supports innovative teaching projects combining online and in-person formats. Eligible applicants include academic staff from the University of Warsaw, Charles University in Prague, Paris-Panthéon-Assas University, and the University of Milan. A maximum of 11 projects will receive funding.
Additionally, updated guidelines for implementing equality principles within EU Funds for 2021–2027 have been released. These guidelines, effective from October 15, 2026, focus on equal opportunities, non-discrimination, accessibility for persons with disabilities, and gender equality.
On a regional level, the ‘Społecznik’ program is currently recruiting projects for local community initiatives in West Pomerania, covering areas such as sports, culture, ecology, and volunteerism.
