Poland boosts electric vehicle charging with home installations and cheap fast‑charge rates

The spread of electric‑vehicle (EV) charging in Poland is moving from a niche hobby to a mainstream necessity. At the same time, charging network operator ChargeIn has launched a summer promotion, pricing fast‑DC charging at just 1.79 zł/kWh at three locations – Trzebiatów (150 kW), Głuchołazy (130 kW) and Sierpc (50 kW) – while all its AC stations also charge at the same low rate. The promotion aims to make long‑distance and daily EV travel more affordable during the holiday season.
