Poland expands KSeF e‑invoicing to Allegro sellers and municipal services

From 1 April 2026, Poland’s National e‑Invoice System (KSeF) will be mandatory for all B2B transactions on the Allegro marketplace. Sellers must issue XML‑structured invoices to the tax authority, obtain a KSeF number and forward the same document to buyers. Automated tools such as IFIRMA can pull orders, generate the required XML, send it to KSeF and deliver a PDF with QR codes to the customer, reducing delays, errors and improving the “Super Seller” rating on Allegro.

The city of Bełchatów has also integrated KSeF into its internal billing. All invoices issued to entities with a NIP – e.g., businesses, associations and foundations – are delivered exclusively through KSeF. Physical persons continue to receive paper or email invoices, now presented as visualisations derived from KSeF data. The municipal rollout illustrates how local government units are adopting the system to streamline document flow and accelerate payments.
