Poland advances motorsport infrastructure with new track and hotel plans

Developments in Poland's automotive infrastructure are underway, including plans for a major racing facility and hospitality expansions. In Żmigród, located between Wrocław and Poznań, a private investor and local authorities are planning a motorsport complex on 60 hectares of land. The project is designed to host international events, potentially including Formula 1, and will be accessible via the S5 expressway and train connections from Wrocław.

Separately, the Silesia Ring complex in Kamień Śląski is expanding with the construction of a four-star hotel. The new facility, managed by general contractor Adamietz, will feature 107 rooms, a SPA zone, conference facilities, a restaurant, and underground parking. The project aims to support multi-day automotive events and business meetings, with an expected opening in the summer of 2028.
