Poland motorsport infrastructure development
Overview
Developments in Poland’s motorsport infrastructure are progressing through new facility plans and expansions. In Żmigród, located in Lower Silesia, a project is underway to develop a motorsport complex on approximately 60 to 85 hectares of land. Designed to meet professional standards capable of hosting international events such as Formula 1, the project has been in development for several years. Local authorities have updated spatial development plans to accommodate the site, which is currently undergoing environmental procedures and nature inventories. While the identity of the investor remains officially undisclosed, local reports suggest the Dominator Group is involved.
In a separate development, the Silesia Ring complex in Kamień Śląski is expanding its hospitality capacity. A new four-star hotel featuring 107 rooms, a SPA zone, and conference facilities is under construction. Managed by general contractor Adamietz, the facility is intended to support multi-day automotive events and business meetings, with an expected opening in the summer of 2028.
