Poland hosts vibrant summer weekend festivals in Haczów and Warsaw

The town of Haczów in southern Poland will hold a two‑day open‑air festival, Lato w Haczowie, on July 4‑5. The program includes a concert by Celestyn, a rock set by Harmider, traditional performances by the Hejnal brass band and a headline concert by the pop group Blue Café. Additional attractions feature a children’s play zone, regional food stalls run by local women’s clubs and nightly DJ sets.

In Warsaw’s Ochota district, a series of cultural activities is scheduled for the same weekend. On Friday, July 3, a woodworking workshop and jazz sessions open at MAL Grójecka, while a sound‑art installation runs at Hasztag Lab. The evening offers a quiz at Chono Lulu Bistro & Bar and an outdoor screening of The Last Viking in Park Szczęśliwicki. Saturday includes a “Strum Pan Bass” workshop for kids, more installations, and a silent‑disco with live performances by Magnetic Memory Ensemble. The weekend concludes on Sunday, July 5, with a tango‑themed concert by THE TIME QUARTET in the same park.
