Poland hotel transaction value reaches 59 million EUR in H1 2026

In the first half of 2026, hotel transaction values in Poland totaled 59 million EUR, representing a 24% decrease compared to the same period in 2025. According to analysis by Cushman & Wakefield, four hotels involving a total of 445 rooms were transacted. Notable deals included the Hampton by Hilton Krakow Airport, IBB Hotel Gdańsk, and the Havet Hotel Resort & Spa in Dźwirzynie.

Despite the drop in transaction volume, Warsaw is projected to see the highest growth in hotel room supply among the CEE-6 capitals, with an expected increase of 7.2% for the full year. The Polish market is benefiting from a positive regional environment, with RevPAR in the CEE-6 region growing by 8.2% year-on-year, compared to 4.6% in Poland.
