Poland launches new agricultural and water‑retention grant schemes
The Agency for Restructuring and Modernisation of Agriculture (ARiMR) opened a call for proposals on 18 June, running until 27 July, for organisations of fruit and vegetable producers. Funding, drawn from the EU Common Agricultural Policy 2023‑2027 budget, can cover up to 50 % of eligible costs for investments, market development, environmental protection and research. The programme seeks to improve sector competitiveness and climate resilience.
Separately, the Provincial Fund for Environmental Protection and Water Management in Mazowieckie announced a micro‑retention grant starting 22 June. Homeowners of single‑family houses may receive up to 8 000 zł to install rain‑water collection systems. A webinar will explain eligibility, qualifying expenses and application procedures. The grant aims to reduce runoff, protect local water resources and mitigate drought and flooding risks.
