Poland launches new digital platforms for IT sector and broadband verification

The Polish Ministry of Digital Affairs has introduced new digital tools to support infrastructure and the technology sector. The ministry is encouraging residents, including those in the Brodnica commune, to use the SIDUSIS information system to verify broadband internet availability at their specific addresses. Residents can report discrepancies or request service in areas currently lacking connectivity via the internet.gov.pl portal through November 30, 2026.

Additionally, the ministry launched ICT.gov.pl, a centralized platform designed for the Polish IT industry and technology startups. Deputy Minister of Digital Affairs Rafał Rosiński stated that the portal aggregates previously scattered information and tools from various state institutions into a single location. The platform aims to facilitate business development and international expansion, particularly for companies in regions like West Pomerania.
