Poland offers free senior care workshops in Rawicz and emergency‑alert bracelets in Świdnica

The Centre for Social Services in Rawicz will hold free "Skincare and Makeup" workshops for senior women on 29 June and 2 July 2026. Participants will learn how to identify their skin type, use suitable cosmetics, apply a simple daily makeup look and receive personalized advice.

The gmina of Świdnica has started a pilot programme that provides seniors aged 60 and over with free emergency‑alert bracelets linked to a 24‑hour tele‑care centre. By pressing a single button, users can summon help, receive emotional support, notify family or call emergency services. Applications are accepted until 18 June, with limited places available.
