New shopping parks open in Darłowo and Białystok, Poland

A modern retail complex, Sigma Park Handlowy, is under construction on a 5‑hectare site in Darłowo. Planned to open in mid‑next year, the first phase will host about 20 stores, including Lidl, Media Expert, CCC and Pepco, with further expansion possible. The project is led by investor Jerzy Olszewski and managed by Mallson Polska, which oversees a portfolio of similar centres across the country.

In Białystok, the new shopping park on Gen. Władysław Andersa street continues building works while the discount retailer Biedronka opened its store on 11 June as the first tenant. The centre will cover more than 14,000 m² of retail and service space, aiming for a full opening in the fourth quarter of 2026. Planned tenants include Jysk, Dr Materac, RTV Euro AGD, Rossmann, Pepco, New Yorker and a fitness club, among others, providing a diverse range of shopping and leisure options for local residents.
