Poland promotes historic city walks in Poznań and Bieszczady hiking excursions
A guide to Poznań highlights the city's historic district, including Ostrów Tumski, the Old Market Square and other landmarks, presenting a romantic evening route for couples that links medieval, baroque and early‑20th‑century sites.
The Polish Tourist and Sightseeing Society (PTTK) also invites hikers to a Sunday pilgrimage in the Bieszczady Mountains. The organized trek departs from Sanok, visits the historic church in Górzanka, ascends Korbana for views of Lake Solina, and continues to the former village of Łopienka, where a Mass is celebrated in memory of the late PTTK president. Participants return via a visit to the Marian sanctuary in Polańczyk.
