Poland real estate funds may see market turning point by 2026

The Polish commercial real estate fund market is positioned for potential growth, with 2026 viewed as a possible turning point. While Polish households hold over 4.1 trillion PLN in financial assets, a relatively small portion is currently directed toward investment markets compared to the EU average.

Changes in the investment landscape are expected, including the introduction of Personal Investment Accounts (OKI) in January 2027, which aims to increase household participation in the market. There is an expanding range of investment products, specifically offering ways for private capital to gain exposure to commercial real estate without requiring direct property purchases.
