Poland signs contracts with WZE S.A. and Lubawa S.A. for missile system servicing and mine‑clearance kits

The Polish Military Economic Unit in Wejherowo announced a contract with Wojskowe Zakłady Elektroniczne S.A. (WZE S.A.) signed on 23 July to provide servicing and technical support for the NSM‑CDS system used by the Naval Missile Unit. The agreement, which runs until 15 November 2029, covers maintenance of missile launchers, command and fire‑control vehicles, transport modules and mobile communications nodes. WZE S.A. was selected through a negotiated procedure because it alone possesses the required technical capacity.

Separately, the Regional Logistics Base in Warsaw signed a 62.5 million PLN contract with Lubawa S.A. on 22 July for the delivery of mine‑recognition and engineering kits to Polish Army units. The kits, comprising over 130 items such as mine detectors, handheld GPS units, rangefinders and waterproof notebooks, are to be delivered by the end of October 2026, with an optional extension usable within 90 days of signing. This follows a similar agreement concluded in August 2024 for deliveries through 2027.
