In the Radomsko district, the Sanitary Inspectorate issued a high-risk warning for the Krępa water supply in Lgota Wielka due to arsenic levels of 10.3 µg/l. Authorities emphasized that boiling the water does not remove arsenic, making it unfit for drinking or food preparation. Affected areas include Długie, Krępa, Kolonia Krępy, Wola Blakowa, and parts of Wierzbica and Rożne.

In Lower Silesia, the Government Security Centre (RCB) issued alerts for the Polkowice district after coliform bacteria were detected in the Chocianów and Raków water supplies. Laboratory tests showed 7 CFU/100 ml in Chocianów and 9 CFU/100 ml in Raków, exceeding the required limit of 0 CFU/100 ml. Residents are advised to boil water before consumption.

Additionally, in the Łowicz district, the Rogóźno water supply showed microbiological non-compliance. Residents in Rogóźno and Skaratki pod Rogóźno are instructed to boil water for at least two minutes for drinking, cooking, and hygiene purposes, such as brushing teeth or preparing infant formula.
