Poland's KSeF e‑Invoicing Integration and Training for Accounting Firms

Polish accounting software provider ifirma has published a step‑by‑step guide for activating and integrating the National e‑Invoice System (KSeF). Users can link their accounts via qualified electronic signatures or trusted profiles, upload certificates for offline invoicing, and configure automatic dispatch of invoices. The guide also explains how to monitor transmission status and advises on planning submissions to avoid delays during peak periods.

A complementary multimedia training course, offered through the Portal Dokumentów, teaches accounting offices how to handle KSeF‑linked e‑invoices efficiently. The program covers client communication, automatic posting in InsERT GT and InsERT nexo PRO, document verification, and workflow automation. It includes eight lessons, over 140 pages of material, and ongoing updates at no extra cost.
