Poland's Ministry of Infrastructure partners with CUPT for transport investments
The Polish Ministry of Infrastructure and the Center for EU Transport Projects (CUPT) are collaborating to enhance transport investment efficiency. Discussions focused on a multi-criteria analysis regarding the development of high-capacity public transport systems, including metro networks, across 12 major Polish agglomerations.
CUPT presented its analytical capabilities, which include traffic modeling, life-cycle cost assessments, infrastructure risk analysis, and studies on territorial accessibility. The cooperation aims to improve the quality of transport project preparation through tools for local governments, cost-benefit analysis support, and the exchange of European best practices for modern transport systems.
