Polestar launches new Polestar 4 SUV with production starting in South Korea

Polestar has launched a global campaign for its new Polestar 4 SUV, a model designed to bridge the gap between a coupé and a versatile SUV. The vehicle features a range of up to 630 kilometers and a cargo capacity of 1,665 liters. Key technological integrations include Vehicle-to-Load (V2L) capabilities and the Google Gemini conversational AI assistant.

CEO Michael Lohscheller confirmed that production has commenced in Busan, South Korea, with the first vehicles currently being delivered to customers. The SUV aims to expand Polestar's reach into a critical automotive segment by offering increased practicality, such as a more upright tailgate and a roof rail capable of supporting a 100 kg load, while maintaining the brand's minimalist design and performance DNA.
