Polestar unveils Polestar 4 SUV with increased practicality

Polestar has unveiled the Polestar 4 SUV, a new model that expands the brand's lineup by offering increased practicality compared to the existing Polestar 4 Coupe. The SUV features a taller roofline and a more upright tailgate, which introduces a conventional rear window, moving away from the coupe's reliance on a roof-mounted camera and digital rear-view mirror.

This design shift provides significant improvements in utility. The SUV offers up to 1,680 liters of total luggage space when rear seats are folded and provides an additional 25 mm of headroom for second-row passengers.

Built on the Geely-developed SEA platform, the vehicle utilizes a 100 kWh battery and offers two powertrain options. The single-motor rear-wheel-drive version produces approximately 272 PS (268 bhp) with a WLTP range of up to 630 km. The dual-motor all-wheel-drive variant delivers up to 400 kW (536–544 PS), enabling a 0–100 km/h sprint in 3.9 seconds and a range of up to 600 km. New features include a Camping Mode and Vehicle to Load (V2L) capabilities supporting up to 3.3 kW.
