Police have captured a 24-year-old man, identified as Carlos YM, accused of murdering two minors in Llallagua, Potosí. The incident occurred following a futsal match where a verbal dispute reportedly escalated into violence.
According to investigators, the suspect left the sports area to retrieve a knife from his home before returning to attack a nine-year-old child and a 15-year-old adolescent. Witnesses reported that the suspect inflicted multiple puncture wounds on the victims.
Local authorities noted that preliminary investigations suggest the suspect is a regular consumer of controlled substances. Following the attack, police cordoned off the area for forensic examination and the recovery of the bodies.
