Sutrimo Found Dead with Foam, Police Continue Investigation in Jakarta
On 23 July 2026 a man identified as Sutrimo was discovered unconscious with foam emerging from his mouth and nose at the front of Klinik Mordent in Kebayoran Baru, South Jakarta. He called a relative that morning reporting illness, but when the relative arrived he was already unresponsive. He was taken by ambulance to RS Muhammadiyah Taman Puring, where medical staff declared him dead on arrival.
Police have placed a police line around the clinic and are gathering statements from the victim’s family, ambulance crew, hospital staff and witnesses while seeking CCTV footage. The investigation is being led by the Directorate of Criminal Investigation of Polda Metro Jaya, with Kombes Budi Hermanto stating the probe is being conducted professionally and carefully. Forensic analysis of evidence collected at the scene has found no poison. Sutrimo is alleged to have been the head of household (Karumga) of former Deputy Attorney General for Special Crimes Febrie Adriansyah. The cause of death remains undetermined as the inquiry continues.
