Police Report Details Multiple Burglaries and Traffic Accidents in Domžale‑Kamnik Area

The Ljubljana Police Department recorded a series of property crimes and road incidents in the Domžale‑Kamnik region during early August 2026. Burglaries affected private homes, a business premises and a cellar, with thieves stealing cash, a watch, a solar‑panel battery and beekeeping equipment, causing losses ranging from €700 to about €3,000.

Separate traffic accidents involved a car driver and a cyclist in Domžale, a driver and an electric scooter rider in Depala, and a driver under the influence of alcohol in Zgornji Tuhinju. Police have opened infringement procedures for each case and, in the alcohol‑related crash, have revoked the driver’s licence. Investigations remain ongoing.
