In Luxembourg, the Grand Ducal Police responded to nearly 70 calls for disturbances throughout the night of August 15 to 16. These incidents primarily involved noise complaints, fights, and disputes. In Rollingen, police intervened at a bar on Rue de Luxembourg where an intoxicated man caused an altercation with customers. After becoming aggressive and uncooperative during a breathalyzer test, the individual was detained in a sobering cell following a medical examination.
In Mantes-la-Jolie, France, authorities investigated a shooting that occurred midday on August 15 in the Val Fourré district. A fight involving gunfire took place on Rue Pierre-de-Ronsard. While no injuries were reported, the Service interdépartemental de police judiciaire (SIPJ) has taken over the investigation to identify the perpetrators and determine the motive. Forensic teams remained on-site to collect evidence in the area.
