Polimill has conducted a professional instructor training program for its employees who lead ‘QommonsAI Utilization Training’ for local government officials. The program utilized external instructors to move beyond teaching technical generative AI operations, focusing instead on how to facilitate meaningful behavioral changes in trainees.

The training emphasized communication skills, including first impressions, body language, and building trust. Participants learned that intelligence, friendliness, and reliability are key elements of a first impression, which is often formed within three to six seconds. The curriculum included practical presentation exercises where members received feedback on speech speed, eye contact, and gestures to ensure they can support trainees effectively and avoid a condescending tone.

This initiative serves as a foundation for Polimill as it expands its team of instructors to provide ongoing support to municipalities through its administrative AI tools.
