Polish cities Bydgoszcz and Bytom open public consultations on new local development plans

The City of Bydgoszcz has reposted for public inspection the draft local spatial development plan "Prądy‑Agatowa" together with its environmental impact assessment. The documents are available electronically and in person at the Municipal Urban Planning Office from 17 March to 14 April 2025. A public discussion meeting is scheduled for 1 April 2025, and comments on the plan must be submitted by 30 April 2025.

In Bytom, officials are holding a public consultation on the draft General Municipal Plan, a new planning tool that will replace the existing zoning study. An open meeting will take place on 10 June 2025. The plan defines 897 planning zones, sets urban standards, and will serve as the primary basis for issuing building permits and land‑use decisions throughout the municipality.
