Polish cities improve urban infrastructure with new Warsaw parking and Poznań housing projects

In Warsaw, a new parking facility on Polinezyjska street has opened after major construction. The project added roughly 2,000 m² of parking space, new asphalt surfaces and sidewalks, and plans for safety features such as speed‑reduction markings. Local authorities say the upgrade will ease traffic, improve pedestrian comfort and enhance overall urban quality in the Ursynów district.

In Poznań, the municipal housing authority selected a contractor to build a new residential complex on Kopanina Street. The development will consist of three five‑storey blocks offering a mix of one‑room to family‑size apartments, along with playgrounds, bike storage, parking and wheelchair‑accessible elevators. Funding comes from the National Development Fund, and the project aims to expand the city’s stock of affordable housing and improve living standards for residents.
