Poland expands free summer swimming for youth and launches individual lessons in Warsaw

The Białołęka Sports Center in Warsaw is offering individual swimming lessons from 20 July to 30 August 2026. Sessions last 30 minutes, cost 70 zł, and run flexibly between 15:00‑20:30. Registration opened on 16 July and places are limited.

Municipal sports centres in the Świętokrzyskie region are providing free swimming for schoolchildren during the summer. With a valid school ID, children can use the indoor pools Foka, Delfin, Orka and Jurajska on weekdays for 45‑minute sessions between roughly 10:00‑14:00. The programme runs until mid‑August and is also replicated in nearby towns such as Końskie, Kazimierz Wielka, Opatów and Staszów.
