Polish court sentences fraudster Kamil C. to two years and charges YouTuber Vojtaz with child pornography
The Regional Court in Ostrołęce convicted Kamil C. of four fraud offences after he pretended to be a trusted lawyer and convinced victims in Ostrołęce, Białystok and Ełk to transfer a total of 30,000 zł. He received a two‑year prison term, was ordered to pay restitution of 30,000 zł to the primary victim, and had the decision published publicly for three months.
In a separate case, the District Prosecutor's Office in Lublin has brought charges against 31‑year‑old YouTuber Wojciech K., known online as “Vojtaz.” The indictment alleges that in 2014 he contacted a 13‑year‑old girl via Minecraft‑related video recordings and later sent her explicit images of his genitals when she was 14. The court is hearing the case, and Vojtaz faces up to three years in jail if convicted.
