Polish defence group PGZ to unveil heavy infantry fighting vehicle prototype at MSPO

Polska Grupa Zbrojeniowa (PGZ) President Adam Leszkiewicz announced that the company will present a prototype of a heavy infantry fighting vehicle and the first platoon of its domestic anti‑drone protection system at the 34th International Defence Industry Exhibition (MSPO) in Kielce.

The fair will feature Poland's largest defence exhibition to date, with PGZ expanding into new halls 8 and 9, covering about 4,000 sqm of indoor space and an additional 1,500 sqm outdoors, following a two‑year strategic partnership agreement with the event organisers. Apart from the IFV and anti‑drone system, the PGZ stand will showcase satellite communications, 155‑mm ammunition, modular charges, and service expertise for Patriot, Abrams, Leopard, MiG and F‑16 platforms. The company also plans to update visitors on its collaboration with Anduril on the Barracuda‑500M long‑range loitering missile and progress in the K2 program.

Leszkiewicz emphasized that the exhibition aims to demonstrate the breadth of Poland's defence industry rather than monopolise the market, inviting participation from domestic enterprises and local authorities.
