Polish developers 7R and Redkom commence large logistics and retail park projects
7R, a leading commercial real‑estate developer, began construction of the 7R Park Warsaw South III logistics complex in Sękocin, a suburb of Warsaw. The project comprises two buildings with a total rentable area of about 47,000 m² and is slated to start building work in early August 2026. The first long‑term tenant, e‑commerce retailer Strefa Tenisa, has already signed for 3,500 m². The park is positioned near the S8 expressway and the Opacz transport hub, giving direct links to Warsaw’s centre, Chopin Airport and major national routes.
Redkom Development started building a new shopping park in Tarnów, appointing SPEC BAU Polska as the general contractor. The centre will offer roughly 35,000 m² of gross leasable area on Lwowska Street, host about 30 retail and service outlets and include a cinema. Around 90 % of the retail space is already secured, with brands such as Lidl, CCC, Rossmann and Media Expert among the confirmed tenants. The development is part of Redkom’s ongoing portfolio of large retail parks across southern Poland, with openings planned for 2026.
