Polish developers add flexible offices in Gdańsk and a 51,000‑sqm logistics park in Bydgoszcz

TFG Asset Management announced that more than 1,000 m² of its CUBE Flex Maxi modules have been leased at the CUBE Office Park complex in Gdańsk’s Jasień district. The new tenants – DUNA Polska (insurance), Spotio (IT) and two other firms from construction and logistics – will occupy modular, class‑A office spaces of over 150 m² with shared kitchens, conference rooms and relaxation areas. The development comprises three buildings with a total of about 19,000 m² of office space.

European industrial‑real‑estate developer CTP is beginning construction of CTPark Bydgoszcz in the Kuyavian‑Pomeranian Voivodeship. The park will provide more than 51,000 m² of modern warehouse and production space on a 14‑hectare site at the Bydgoszcz West transport hub (intersection of the S5 expressway and national road 10). Two buildings of 31,441 m² and 20,039 m² will be built, and firms locating there will benefit from tax incentives under the Pomeranian Special Economic Zone. The project follows CTP’s recent launch of CTPark Poznań Suchy Las.
