Polish developers launch retail park projects in Płock and Bolesławiec
Family Partners Group has applied for a building permit to erect two retail‑service buildings on a site of more than one hectare at the corner of Graniczna and Wyszogrodzka streets in Płock. The proposal includes demolition of three existing structures, construction of new facilities and infrastructure, and the possible inclusion of a Kaufland hypermarket, which would be the city’s second store.
Scallier is developing a modern retail park in Bolesławiec on the former Tesco site near the DK94 bypass. The project, slated to open in September 2026, will provide about 5,000 m² of leasable space with an option to expand by an additional 2,000 m². Tenants announced so far include ALDI, the off‑price chain ShockPrice, Action, Xtreme Fitness, Dr Max pharmacy and a Petroprix self‑service fuel station.
