Polish developers unveil large logistics hub in Kielce and new retail park in Bolesławiec

DL Invest Group is constructing the DL Invest Park Kielce, a 5.84‑hectare multifunctional logistics complex in the north‑west part of Kielce. The project includes a Small Business Units (SBU) warehouse, a DPD parcel‑sorting centre of about 7,280 m², EV‑charging bays, a 50 kW photovoltaic installation and BREEAM certification. When completed, the site is expected to employ roughly 235 people.

In Bolesławiec, developer Scallier is converting the former Tesco site on al. Tysiąclecia into a 5,000 m² retail park slated to open in September 2026. The fully leased centre will host tenants such as ALDI, Action, ShockPrice, Xtreme Fitness, Dr Max and a Petroprix fuel station, with provisions for future expansion of up to 2,000 m².
