Polish Ekstraklasa releases 2024 schedule as Motor Lublin prepares for Dinamo Bucharest friendly

The Polish Football Association's Department of Competition Logistics published the full second‑round schedule of the 2024 PKO Bank Polski Ekstraklasa. The round opens on Friday, 31 July, with Wisła Płock hosting Widzew Łódź at 18:00, followed by Motor Lublin versus Jagiellonia Białystok. Subsequent matches include Piast Gliwice vs Wisła Kraków, Lech Poznań vs Wieczysta Kraków, and the league champion facing Wieczysta Kraków away. The weekend also features fixtures linked to European competition commitments.

Ahead of the league start, Motor Lublin will play its first pre‑season test on Saturday, 27 June, at 17:00 against 18‑time Romanian champions Dinamo Bucharest in Nowiny. The match marks the debut of new coach Mariusz Misiura and will be streamed for free on Motor Lublin's YouTube channel. Motor will need to contain Dinamo’s attacking trio—Mamoudou Karamoko, Danny Armstrong and Raul Oprut—to gauge readiness for the upcoming Ekstraklasa campaign.
