Polish festivals draw thousands of visitors to Kołczew and Jarocin

The annual Fire Festival in Kołczew attracted a large crowd of residents and tourists, who enjoyed a family‑friendly program that included a gastronomic zone with homemade pastries, a large inflatable playground, face painting, and displays of fire trucks and rescue equipment at the local volunteer fire station.

Meanwhile, the Jarocin Rock Festival 2026 gathered over 10,000 attendees despite heavy storms. The three‑day event featured legends such as Lech Janerka, Voo Voo and the band Republika, who received the Gloria Artis cultural medal. The festival also hosted the inaugural KONFA conference, bringing together musicians, producers and industry representatives to discuss the future of Polish music.
