Polish FlyEye drones trained by Territorial Defense and Air Force Academy

Soldiers of the 11th Małopolska Territorial Defence Brigade conducted round‑the‑clock training on the FlyEye unmanned aerial system, a reconnaissance drone developed by Flytronic of the WB Group. The drills focus on real‑time image transmission and operator proficiency for modern hybrid‑threat scenarios.

The Air Force Academy in Dęblin received accreditation from the WB Group to teach FlyEye operator courses. Director of the unmanned‑systems programme, Jarosław Czajka, highlighted the step as strengthening national training capabilities. FlyEye has been in service with the Polish Armed Forces for sixteen years and is also used by foreign customers.
