Polish football licensing commission grants Ekstraklasa and UEFA licences for 2026/27 season

The Polish Football Association’s Licensing Commission approved licences for the 2026/27 season for clubs in the PKO BP Ekstraklasa and UEFA competitions. Górnik Zabrze received both an Ekstraklasa licence and a UEFA licence. Arka Gdynia, Bruk‑Bet Termalica Nieciecza and Radomiak Radom were granted Ekstraklasa licences with infrastructural oversight, while clubs such as GKS Katowice, Jagiellonia Białystok, Korona Kielce, Lech Poznań, Legia Warszawa, Piast Gliwice, Widzew Łódź, Zagłębie Lubin, Wisła Płock, Motor Lublin, Raków Częstochowa and others received licences with both infrastructural and UEFA authorisations. Cracovia and Lechia Gdańsk obtained licences subject to infrastructural and financial supervision, and Pogoń Szczecin’s licence includes financial supervision.

Separate appeals to the commission resulted in licences for ŁKS Łomża, Pogoni Grodzisk Mazowiecki, Wikę Luzino and Zawisza Bydgoszcz, each accompanied by monetary fines for breaches of licensing discipline ranging from 5,000 to 10,000 złoty.
