Skra Czestochowa (Karkonosze Jelenia Góra) received a spot in the third tier after Górnik II Zabrze withdrew and signed defender Przemysław Zdybowicz from KKS Kalisz, with Patryk Szymik taking over as coach. The team recorded friendlies including a 3‑1 win over Górnik Polkowice and a 4‑0 victory against Zagłębie II Lubin.

Ślęza Wrocław re‑signed veteran defender Paweł Zieliński, returning after a 12‑year spell, while Barycz Sułów added young midfielder Aleksander Recław from Cartusia Kartuzy.
