Polish security services launch major recruitment for specialists

Polish state institutions and security services are conducting extensive recruitment drives for a wide range of specialized roles.

The Polish Armed Forces are seeking civilian specialists to support modern technological and security requirements. Desired professions include truck drivers, IT specialists, medical rescuers, engineers, translators, and machine operators. Additionally, the 3rd Podkarpacka Territorial Defense Brigade in Rzeszów is recruiting a psychologist to manage mental health, provide counseling to soldiers and veterans, and handle crisis interventions.

The Foreign Intelligence Agency (AW) is also recruiting for dozens of positions. Beyond operational intelligence roles, the agency is looking for lawyers, IT experts, analysts, financial specialists, and even technical staff such as painters and plumbers. The agency offers competitive salaries and benefits, including housing allowances for most positions.
