Polish logistics firms expand leases and secure €146 m refinancing

LOGISTEED Poland has enlarged its tenancy in Panattoni Park Warsaw North II to more than 50,000 m², an 18 % increase aimed at coping with rising volume and improving operational efficiency in the Warsaw region. The expansion was highlighted by Robert Łobas, Product Manager at LOGISTEED Poland, as a key step in the company’s long‑term contract‑logistics strategy.

DL Invest Group obtained financing exceeding €146 million from Erste Group and Erste Bank Polska to refinance a portfolio of six logistics parks covering roughly 260,000 m². Founder Dominik Leszczyński said the funding confirms the effectiveness of the group’s long‑term business model and supports further development of modern infrastructure for data‑driven economies.
