Polish medical specialists host public heart health workshops

Medical specialists in Poland are organizing public health meetings focused on cardiovascular disease prevention and heart health.

In Radom, the Radom Specialist Hospital is hosting free sessions to provide practical knowledge on managing hypertension, lipid disorders, and glycemia. These meetings, which do not require medical referrals, also include practical training in administering first aid to help residents respond to life-threatening emergencies.

In Ząbki, Professor Mirosław Kowalski, head of the Congenital Heart Defects Clinic at the National Institute of Cardiology, will lead a session on modern cardiology and heart health. The event offers residents the opportunity to consult with a specialist regarding cardiovascular diagnostics and preventive measures.
