Polish municipalities launch revitalisation grant programmes

The mayor of Krajenka announced a two‑week call for proposals (1–14 July 2026) to fund projects that address social, economic and environmental challenges within the town’s designated revitalisation zone. Eligible participants include residents, NGOs, businesses and public institutions, with applications submitted to the municipal office.

The Opole regional authority opened a separate grant competition, running from 1 July to 15 September 2026, to support gminas that have an active Municipal Revitalisation Programme. Grants of up to 100 000 zł are available for social‑only projects, while integrated projects combining social and investment actions can receive up to 200 000 zł, with investment costs limited to 50 % of the award.

Both programmes aim to stimulate community activation, improve public spaces and bolster local economies through funded initiatives.
