Polish municipalities Olszewo‑Borki and Zduńska Wola launch public participation initiatives

The Gmina (municipality) of Olszewo‑Borki announced a public consultation on its draft General Spatial Plan. The consultation runs from 1 July to 29 July 2026 and includes an open meeting on 22 July at the local cultural centre, an online questionnaire and the possibility to submit written comments by email (sekretariat@olszewo-borki.pl) or through the e‑PUAP portal.

The city of Zduńska Wola opened its 2027 citizen‑budget process. A total of 1 400 000 zł is earmarked – 1 100 000 zł for local investments and 300 000 zł for events. The schedule sets information dissemination from 1 July, project submissions from 15 July to 31 July, formal assessments in August, and voting on paper ballots between 28 September and 14 October, with results published by 21 October. Applications are available both in paper form at municipal offices and online via the city’s website.
