Polish police detain three drunk drivers, including unlicensed and banned motorists

In Bielsko‑Biała, a 49‑year‑old man arrived at a vehicle‑inspection station in a Seat while heavily intoxicated (nearly 2 ‰ blood‑alcohol level). Police discovered he had never held a driving licence and arrested him for driving while drunk, driving without a licence and aggressive behaviour toward officers.

In Wieliszew, a 43‑year‑old man stole an Opel from an unsupervised parking lot, drove it while intoxicated (about 2.8 ‰), and disregarded a court‑ordered driving ban. He was caught on the spot and faces charges of vehicle theft, drunk driving and breach of the ban.

In Polkowice, a 29‑year‑old resident of the Lubliniec district was stopped for erratic driving, tested at 1.5 ‰ alcohol, and found to be subject to an active judicial prohibition on operating any motor vehicle. He was detained for drunk driving and violating the court ban.
