Police seize 15 kg of drugs worth 900 k zł in Wejherowo
Police from the Wejherowo County Police Department and the Polish Border Guard in Gdynia confiscated more than 15 kilograms of narcotics in the Wejherowo district, with an estimated street value of about 900 thousand zlotys. The seized substances included amphetamine, marijuana, MDMA, heroin, mephedrone and cocaine, together with equipment that could be used to prepare the drugs for sale. A 41‑year‑old resident of the county Wejherowo was arrested and handed over to the Gdańsk District Prosecutor’s Office, where he faces charges of large‑scale drug trafficking. The court ordered a one‑month temporary detention and the suspect could be sentenced to up to 18 years in prison.
