Polish President Karol Navrocki investigated for possible poisoning

Former head of security for Polish President Karol Navrocki, retired lieutenant‑colonel Kshistof “Ridzu” Radzivon, told the newspaper Rzeczpospolita that the president may have been deliberately exposed to a dangerous substance during the 2025 election campaign. Radzivon described Navrocki’s sudden collapse on a bus after a rally in Zabkovice‑Šljonski, mentioning convulsions and vomiting, and said medical staff urged him to go to hospital for gastric lavage, which the president refused.

According to Radzivon, security personnel had medical equipment and emergency procedures ready, but the incident was not reported publicly or to authorities. The Polish prosecutor’s office in Świdnica has opened an inquiry to examine whether the president’s health deterioration was the result of intentional poisoning.
